(July 7, 2018, 5:22 am)We had 2 rugs cut 1 for our front entrance and 1 for our mud room out of the same piece however the pattern was askew on both which we did not notice until a few days after using the rugs. I called the store and sent them pictures and they replaced the rugs in a timely manner without any hassle! Very happy with customer service.

(October 31, 2017, 4:06 am)Fantastic experience! They took down multiple area rugs and were very patient as we decided which rug to choose among there great selection. Two friendly associates were very helpful. They also offered for us to take it home and try out the rug and if it didn't fit or if we didn't like the look we could exchange it. Overall great selection, Fair prices and great service.

The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating, and you can tell they take great pride in what they do. Definitely worth checking out the next time you need a unique, high-quality area rug.
