(November 4, 2021, 3:44 pm)I arrived from Palm Springs on Monday Nov 1,2021 and had not completed the ArriveCan on line application after trying several times on my phone-the officers helped me complete and they had the same trouble I had with the entries and being kicked out of the app numerous times. After spending much time helping with the process we did succeed and just in time for me to recheck baggage and go through the security line to connect with the next flight. The officers were polite and first class and I would recommend making connections through Edmonton after this experience!

(May 10, 2019, 2:10 am)Very efficient, polite, to-the-point and business like the officer and officers help you you to have your Nexus Card. Their greatly helping attitude and demeanour is just top class.

Just in front as you enter either from gate # 28 or 29, you will find a sign board (Nexus Office) not big enough to bounce off, but quite, bright and sharply noticeable.
Just follow the sign and let the officers know that you are there 15 minutes before given appointment time.
You will be ushered in and will be through in 15-20 minutes. Be prepared for iris and finger printing.
Nice 👍 experience for quicker security check if you are frequent flier to or through US!! -
