If I could give these people 10 stars, I would. This is a long review, but they deserve all of this praise.

TL;DR If you're looking to invest in the best Canadian-made body armor, support a Canadian business, and you want the best customer service experience... You've found the place.

I did a lot of research ahead of my press trip to Ukraine in terms of equipment I needed, and when it comes to body armor, there's no half a$$ing it, especially after reading horror stories of cheap garbage getting sent to Ukraine as donations and it getting people killed. I did a ton of digging. Time and time again in various Reddit posts I would find a lot of people commending MMD and the quality of their Canadian made plates, and the exceptional service they provide. I dug into them more, watched the test videos, also saw that they had donated a bunch of equipment to a great Ukrainian charity at the start of the invasion which I also have also donated to, and with this became confident that this was the company whose product I would trust to protect my life.

I emailed with with some questions, and Krystle was super responsive in getting back to me (we're talking I emailed at 2am, I had a reply by 2:30am. Wow) with all the right answers, great first impression. I placed my order for level IV plates and accessories to go with my MMD Summit Pro Carrier V2 I purchased locally (only because they were out of stock at the time), which is a really solidly built well designed plate carrier. They were out of town and unable to ship my order right away but she assured me it would be in my hands before my trip and she would cover the extra expedited costs, we stayed in touch the whole time, great communication with me. Canada Post being Canada Post was weird with not scanning my item in transit and then telling me it was delayed, and when I spoke with Krystle if this was normal for CP she was right on it and said she'd look into it, the same day CP delivered them. But still, 10/10 for being really helpful right away. I received my items (and bonus gifts, thank you!) and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. All in all, probably one of the best transactions I've ever had for the most important piece of equipment I have. Thank you for such a great experience, service, and product.
