I ordered the lamb curry and tandoori roti it was the best Indian food I’ve ever had! Next on my list is the daal and coconut shrimp curry. Look no further than these guys for amazing Indian food!

We had a stop over in Edmonton and stopped in at XI Spices .. we probably have had one of our best meals in a very long time ..the spices and flavors were unbelievable...not to mention the presentation...the service was outstanding and the decor and style is top notch..I would highly recommend trying this place...with covid places like this need local support if I lived here I would be ordering or stopping at this place once a week...

This hidden gem just opened a year ago and it's located in the Wingate by Wyndham Edmonton Airport & Conference Centre. It's definitely a must try and absolutely worth a trip if you are from a nearby city or if your on your way to or from the airport. Their chef is from south India and uses the freshest food and ingredients to make the most spectacular food to satisfy all your senses. He is an expert in spices and delicious food. The bartender made delicious drinks off the menu for us by request and the service was spectacular. They even gave us wet naps to wash our hands after dinner even though we didn't need them. I highly recommend to ask their chef about what their recommendations based on your cravings when you visit. We had all our favorites on our pictures below. Give this local casual restaurant with high class service a try for sure, it's well worth it!

I had the butter chicken samosas, the samosa wrap was double the thickness of regular samosas, too thick. The filling had fairly good flavour, could be a bit Spicier (I don't like tons of spice, but for flavour). For a small town in Alberta not bad.

Awesome food, and super friendly staff. The rice pudding has some secret ingredient in it that just slays. Lavender? I don't know, but it's outstanding. Definitely recommend.
