(November 23, 2019, 10:14 am)I am happily writing that my complaint was seen and promptly dealt with. I have to say that even though it was very frustrating, to have my issue dealt with so swiftly and apologetically is what makes a great company. Sometimes errors are made, sometimes people have bad days and it is when these things are acknowledged and dealt with in a professional manner that everyone can walk away happy. I truly hope they continue to put customers concerns as one of their highest priorities!

Previous Complaint-no longer relevant
A part was ordered for me to pick up. The part was ordered in the morning and they knew the part was ordered specifically for me. When I got there in the afternoon, they had sold the part. The guy said first come first serve. I don't understand this policy when it was ordered for me specifically and they knew I was coming to get it that afternoon. I am incredibly unhappy and this is bad business. -
