Went in looking for parts and the service was over and beyond... The gal helping out called other locations to get the parts that were out of stock in her location delivered.

Went to two other locations to look at Bikes and barely got two words out of them, at Banner they actually talked to me and explained things.

Bought a new Kawasaki 1700 Vaquero. Delightful and wonderful bike to ride and to own. Staff was helpful and friendly. I would recommend this shop to friends and strangers alike. One negative, I would have liked to buy a jacket to go with the bike but the shop was low riding gear selection.

In a time when certain bikes are in short supply and I had been searching western Canada for several months, I found exactly what I was looking for at Banner. I emailed them in a Sunday, the first of their two day weekend closure, hoping for an early reply on Tuesday. Within 5 minutes I got a reply from Kevin, one of the sales team. He told me everything I needed to know.
At 9.01am on the Tuesday I called and secured my bike. No sales pitch no messing just straight talking and the deal was done. A date was set to collect my bike and Kevin kept me up to date with progress and all the things information I needed to get out on the road. The bike was waiting as promised and a short exchange and a hand shake and I was in my way. Looking forward to many adventures. Thanks to to team at Banner.
