we were yesterday (Saturday night) the young lady working was amazing, we had an issue with our machine and she was right there to help, she was friendly and very helpful, made our experience amazing, The place is clean and well kept, what a wonderful experience, 5 stars to the company and 5 stars to that attendant

We are visiting from BC. This place is amazing and the customer service from Tammy Above expectations. Clean, modern machines and did I mention customer service? One of the machines malfunctioned at the last part of the spin and I had to redo. Tammy made it right, right away. Refunded my money and put the load in for free. Apologized and made a few jokes to make me laugh. If you are the owner of this place and are reading this, you need to give this lady a big raise. She is the main reason this is a 5 star. Good employees are hard to come by. Make sure you keep her around.

I used the delivery service today as I don't have a vehicle and had heavier items that needed the large machines. Excellent service! Pick-up and delivery times exactly as they told me. Wonderful to receive the clean laundry with items nicely folded and placed in the bags I used. Very reasonable price and helpful and efficient staff. Great way to be a bit spoiled. I will definitely use their service again.
