We have never purchased a home (we've only built on the family farm), so we have never worked with a realtor before and we knew nothing about home inspections, conditions, offers, pending, etc. Sandra explained about the resale value of the various properties we looked at. She answered every email and text promptly. Sandra showed us homes that she knew were within our price range and had the features we wanted. She pointed out things in the homes we saw that needed to be fixed and things that were special features. Sandra recommended a home inspection company, that did a great job. When we chose a home, she negotiated with the home owners to get a new hot water heater, so we could get home owner's insurance. If we ever purchase another home or choose to sell this one; we will be contacting Sandra again. We highly recommend her as a realtor!
