We were contacted by the Regional Sales Manage, who was able to provide a resolution to our previous issue, as well give clarification on their shipping practices to avoid future issues like below. We were pleased to speak with her and appreciate her help.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------We are extremely displeased with the way Manitoulin handles and justifies their freight charges. We shipped a 8x6x4 box weighing less than 1lb which costing $775 in freight. This has been an ongoing issue with every transaction we have had with Manitoulin. Rates are extremely high, unwilling to negotiate or resolve rate issues.
We do not recommend using Manitoulin. -
