Darcy came and cleaned our basement carpet. Had some pretty bad pet stains and he did an amazing job! Got rid of all the stains and smells. Explained everything thoroughly to us and even took the time to call back days later to check the progress of the treatment. Great company. Definitely recommend!

I was beyond impressed with the customer service from Darcy. I called a few carpet cleaners for information about their services. He provided a full run down of how they are different from the others. He was very professional but not pushy. He knew we were in a hurry to get our carpets cleaned so he fit us into his busy schedule. I was home (with my dog) when he did our carpets. He was personable, very professional, and courteous.
