Erasmo did an impeccable job of our flooring installation! He worked incredibly hard and was very personable. William was also very helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable in store when it came to choosing our flooring and planning the design.

We had a leak in our home that ended up causing some major damage. We were so happy with the support and service that we received from Carpet One. Andrew was very professional and worked around our schedule which can be hectic. He helped us pick our new flooring and tile and we are so happy with the choices we made. He even came by after the install to see how everything went. When it came to installation - Carl and Jamie were amazing. They did a great job and I feel like they went above and beyond to ensure that the finishing was beautiful. They also were very neat and cleaned the whole area every day when they were done. Darryl did our tile installation and it looks amazing. He offered his expertise on the custom shower we had installed and it turned out great. So pleased with both the product and all the people that helped us out. Thank you

After having a sewer back up in my home my flooring had to be replaced. Throughout the insurance process I dealt with Andrew at Carpet One. Andrew was wonderful to deal with. He made the process stress free and he worked around my schedule and came to us. When it was time for the installation Neil also did very great job. He was very professional and put in long days. He always made sure he cleaned up every night before he left.
I cannot stress how happy I am with the service and finished project. I will use this company again when I redo the flooring upstairs in my house.

We were on a very tight timeline to get our new carpets. Jill was great at helping me get carpet in two weeks and the installation manager Curtis arranged installation by Lorne promptly. He did a fabulous job installing the carpet and cleaned everything up before he left. Also, fixed a linoleum seam that was coming apart in the kitchen. Would definitely use this company again. Great job by all.
