Colin was so knowledgeable and patient in explaining about the mattresses in his store. He let us take our time in picking out our mattress. In the end we picked one I thought was the right one, however it was not. I went too firm and should have picked the one my hubby had been laying on for a good 30 mins!
I called Colin and he said we can exchange it for the one I should have gotten in the first place. I was very happy with this service, we had bought the mattress protector so we could do the exchange. The new mattress is absolutely a dream! I have never been so happy with a mattress in my life!!
