Totally Refreshed Steam and Spa

The steam rooms are so relaxing. The north aren't as fancy but still nice. My massage with Sarah was amazing, we had a great chat and I even learned a few new things. I had a headache for almost a month before going and now am headache and pain free in my neck and shoulder. I will absolutely be back!

I love the Spa, hate the stairs!! I find out from a friend that they have an elevator! Maybe they should let the clients know that

Kerri is the best! I've gotten my lashes lifted by her twice now and the second time I wasn't happy with the results so she redid them for free and made them look exactly how I wanted! The staff here always make sure that you are comfortable and happy with your service.

Totally Refresh is like a little gem hiding on the north side of Red Deer. I was totally blow away with this facility. From the front desk, to the Steam room, to my reflexology massage, which was super amazing, to all their selection of teas❗❗❗👍♥️🥰 I just love the place, and I am going back there for sure, and I recommend this place 💯💯💯. Kudos to all the employees over there. You rock girls.🌟🌟🌟🤟

I can't say enough about Rose at the south location... She is an incredible massage therapist! I always feel amazing after seeing her. Not only is she great at her profession, her presence alone is calming and she is always great to chat with. Thank you rose for all that you do!
