It's a shame this store doesn't seem to carry a lot of stock or range of sizes,I seem to be ordering a lot online to be shipped to my address,I'm assuming I'm not the only one having to do this and I would hate to see the Red Deer store close as I have seen happen with other Pennington locations.
As for customer service in this store... it depends whose on that day for you to be greeted and told the offers on on that day,which is Definitely a missed opportunity to engage with the customer.

Megan helped me today and she was incredibly helpful and friendly. The store is very neat and inviting. My first experience at Penningtons Red Deer today was top notch, I will definitely be going back.

I recently had a milestone birthday and for one of my presents I was given a Penningtons coupon, the offer to drive me to the big city and a further $50 towards the clothing of my choice. Whahoo! I had been wearing the same two dresses for the last 3 years..I was in desperate need of new clothes.
I think I tried on every style of dress they had in the store at the time. I settled on two. One was purchased with the coupon. And the other was purchased using a special sale they were having in the store at the time. AND they gave me an additional $10 off because it was my birthday.
To say we got good service would be an understatement. I would recommend this store for any plus size lady looking for pretty stylish clothing. They carry everything you need: from undergarments to shoes. Great store and customer service.
