When we called Cochrane Plumbing and HVAC he came when he said he would, and within hours had removed the old hot water heater and replaced it with a new one. He kept to his quoted price, and was very careful about his work. He knows what he is doing and does it well. Highly recommend.

He gave me a quote to replace it and a time frame of how long it would take. He arrived on time with the materials needed and exchanged my tank with speed and efficiency. He made feel at ease and he was very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone. 5 star service.
