Our church used John's services to inspect a home we were considering buying for our pastor and his family. He did a thorough inspection and spotted some areas of concern that had to be addressed namely some unsafe electrical issues with the home. He spotted the problem areas and in his report explained why they were a problem. We went ahead with the purchase but at least we know what items need to be repaired. I am confident that he did a professional inspection and would recommend his services.

John performed an inspection for us. He was very thorough and detailed. Identified everything good and bad (code issues), addressed our questions and concerns about the property. Very professional and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with John and would highly recommend him.

I hired John to do a pre-move inspection. He was very friendly and easy to talk to, and was kind to our toddler that followed him throughout the house. He noticed very small details I wasn’t sure he would pick up on and discovered things others had not. He had the detailed report back to us very quickly and gave us recommendations on what products and techniques to use to fix small things around the property. Looking forward to using him again. He also offers a military and veteran discount which is appreciated by my husband who served.

John was very through with his inspection. He went through every inch of the property in fine detail. He was easy to deal with, very accommodating darn good at his skill set.

He was able to give us an overall report of the entire property with tons of pictures to allow us to proceed with no surprises….even the little ones. We would recommend him to anyone.
