STUDIO by Alex / UNDISPUTED BOXING STRATHMORE

I've always enjoyed fighting but have never had the chance to until this gym opened up and I'm very glad it did it has taught me a lot more then I thought there was to boxing while staying in shape. Over all it's a great gym if you want to box or to get into shape and would recommend to everyone.

Coach Alex helped me discover my passion for boxing. I am only 1 year into the sport but I’ve come a long way from the start. Coaches Alex, Rob and Rani welcomed me into their family, helped build my confidence and let me know I can take this as far as I want and they will always have my back! I love this gym.

I started boxing 1.5 years ago at the Calgary location with absolutely no experience in boxing or combat sports and fell in love with this sport! Coaches Alex, Rob and Rani work with you no matter your level of expertise, teaching you the correct way of boxing while making sure you're getting a full workout in. I have since fought in my first fight and I am planning to continue competing as I can! The energy of this gym is second to none and allows you to push yourself as far as you want. This gym becomes your family.

Absolutely love this gym! Coach Alex, Rob and Rani are amazing.
Initially my son joined the gym and I would come visit. Within 2 weeks I was encouraged to join and I haven’t looked back! My son does competitive boxing and I go for the weight and strength training. Recently my daughter also joined as well. It really is a whole family gym. Coach Alex is inspiring and makes you feel like family as soon as you come in the door.

Alex is hands down the best trainer I’ve ever had. At 45.7 I am stronger and healthier then I’ve been in over 20 years. You will not find a greater motivator then her!
