She was very organized, very professional while also being very personable and provided us with local insight. She was responsive and attentive to what we were looking for and we always felt she had our best interests at the forefront. It was absolutely wonderful to have Denaye as our realtor and we highly recommend her. She's a hard worker and does a great job.

Denaye helped my partner and I find our dream home!!! We feel so lucky to have been referred to Denaye by a realtor friend. She is an absolute delight, and highly professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. She made the stressful process of home buying easy and fun. My partner and I had limited time to go home shopping due to working in the city, but somehow Denaye managed to schedule as many viewings as possible on short notice, and we were able to see everything we needed to see.

When we finally closed on our house and got our keys, Denaye realized the previous owner had not cleaned or removed a lot of their things... Usually new owners would have to deal with this on their own but Denaye went ABOVE and BEYOND arranging junk removal and cleaners for us... she even had her (very kind) husband come and mow our overgrown lawn!!! We were impressed with Denaye every step of the way, and would not hesitate to recommend to her to absolutely everyone.

Denaye offered us an impressive level of service, follow through, and expertise. Hands down, if you’re moving to from or within Port Alberni and you’re unsure.. Denaye is a highly competent, patient and efficient realtor! Never felt pressured or like I was asking too many questions. 10/10
