The Clam Bucket

Great place to get some seafood. You won't be disappointed. We had the platter for two and it was too much for 4 of us but ohhhhhh so good. Definitely worth the small 30 min wait we had to do because we didn't know we should get a reservation. I would recommend getting the reservation for sure next time.

We enjoyed our lunch date at the Clam Bucket very recently. Their covered patio is the go to in this summer heat, however their interior also looked great and cosy for a cold day.
We had the Oyster Rockefeller to start and then went for the half and half clam and mussels bucket. Both dishes were delicious.
For drinks we got the Daquiri and the Chichi. Some of the best ones we've had around, you could really taste and appreciate the organic fruit - as opposed to others that tend to be more flavoured slush.
Great service too, the staff were super friendly.

First time at the Clam Bucket.... All I can say is WOW, I am far from a clam chowder specialist but it was definitely in the top I have ever had. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I also had the Prawn POBoy sandwich, I unfortunately can't say to much about it as I was so full from the chowder I had to take it to go and haven't tried it yet. Highly recommend if you are in Port Alberni. Delicious 😋

We come here every year since we accidentally eat innthis restaurant in 2014. This year the Sampler Platter for Tow was even better. They have other seafood and fish dishes but I .not ready to no eat this amazing and delicious dish. Staff is very kind and professional, I felt very well attended. Popular place advise reservations.

I have dinner there after having an hiking afternoon and it was just what I needed to end a great day. The food presentation was really good and also the portions. The flavor of everything was so good. Definitely you must to go if you are looking for a good meal around.
