  This park is a wonderful place that I like to go to for a break. It is quite out of the way and usually quiet. Neat little camping area at one end. Nice facilities. Clean. The views are amazing. Great for beach walking or on the paths. And when you're done and hungry, Michell's farm and Harvest Rd food truck are on the way back 'to the world'.

  Natural beaches with driftwood, large boulders, rocky, pebbled and sandy stretches with a vast array of shells and seaweed. If you prefer, stroll along the well formed pathway behind the natural grasses and flora.

  Was very impressed with the Rangers courtesy, the clean camp spots , and the friendly guests as well. My spot , anytime I go , from now on.
  Sea otters , and Orcas . All in the same evening walk. The best. As I walked the beach , with a friend , we saw a mother sea otter , and 2 of her young , playing in the water , as we watched , she and her young came onto the beach and ambled up to the driftwood , then disappeared into a hole not 20 yards in front of us !! Truly a sight i will never forget , and one i took over 25 close up photos of. AWESOME !!

  Excellent beach, one of the best in the Victoria area. Lots of free parking and the beach is crazy long with bends so you can usually find z private spot for your family. The beach has a mix of fine sand, wave polished rocks and a good amount of driftwood (works grate to back up you beach spot for something to lean against). The park grassed area is not huge but it does have a few picnic tables and some permanent washrooms. I definitely recommend this beach.
