San Juan River Campsite

We found this place after stopping at several other campgrounds that were fully booked we got the last site. Its really nice and secluded, 18$ a night to camp. Close to the rover. first come first serve. Very nice

Awesome campsite right on a shallow river. 18$ per car per night is a little pricey but for just a night or two with a few people is a easy enough price to manage. The lots though are absolutely massive and if you get ones on the river side you have a direct access to the water. There is definitely no service or wifi and the nearest is in Mesache lake so plan ahead for sure.

Isolated off-season. Nice and quiet. Will be closing in winter now, unfortunately.

The san jaun river campsite was an ok place to camp. 18 bucks a night gave you a campsite by the river, campfire ring, cement picnic table and outhouses and the lady that collects the money daily will offer you bundles of wood for 10 bucks. There is no running water but you have the river
