Sooke Towing

Chad at Sooke towing is incredible. My brakes failed out at Jordan River and he was super awesome and communicative coming to get our Jeep. He also swung by our Airbnb to let us get our surfboards off the roof before taking the car to the mechanic. Incredible guy and really kind to my wife and I during a stressful day. Couldn’t recommend Chad or Sooke towing enough.

I unfortunately didn't get the name of the gentleman who helped us yesterday evening but his service was exceptional. We called through BCAA to get our car towed from Sooke to Victoria. Wait times were 2 hours, but he arrived in less than 30 minutes. He tried everything he could to start our car and gave us further tips when it didn't start. He was very accommodating when it came to us finding a way to get home during COVID. He was also very easy-going and accommodating to where he would drop the car off and gave very useful tips. His personal and efficient service was the opposite of the painful bureaucratic and complex services that we see nowadays. Thank you so much! Your kindness and professionalism is greatly noted. Give this guy a raise!!
