Their customer service was incredibly amazing! These gentlemen are extremely helpful and professional, they always happy to help. In their store you can find everything you need, they know the products they sell very well and can give you the most comprehensive and professional advice. The gentlemen were very patient and even though I had a language barrier and couldn't describe what I needed and the problems I had, they still did their best to service and fix it for me.

Extremely happy with my initial visit. Brought my wife's bike in for a couple of tweeks and replacement parts. They only did what was needed and the bike works great. Very friendly & good service for a fair price.

These guys go above and beyond. I had a new gear shift installed here a few months ago which unfortunately broke recently. They replaced it at no charge and also adjusted my brakes and replaced the handlebar covers - all within 1 day so I was back to biking to work by Monday. Very impressed and grateful!
