Recommended. The Rightman Co. did the initial installation of our gas appliances including fireplace, stove, furnace, dryer, and water tank. Over the years they checked our water tank, maintained the furnace and fireplace. Fast forward 13 years and it came time for our water tank replacement. We were quoted on tank replacement vs. on-demand. We opted to go with the Rinnai RU199 on-demand option. This involved upgrading our gas line. We love our house and wanted it done 'right'. The installers did a great job figuring out what was going where and how to make this retrofit 'neat'. I was impressed by how everything was installed and fastened down in an organized fashion. We have had Paul and his company come in since we moved into our home in 2017, and they have done a great job each time. The last few times, his crewman Blair has come in and done a fantastic job with our water heater and shower unit. They do get busy, but they always make sure that the job is completed on the day they come in.
