  so lucky to have Ian and his staff as part of my health care team. they go the xtra step to monitor my blood pressure, vaccine schedules, changes to med routines, organize med refills to minimize trips to the pharmacy, etc. all makes me feel cared for and about. what a great community pharmacy.

  Ian is a fantastic pharmacist. My mum and dad even drive from the other side of the city because the service he offers is worth it.

  I have been relying on Ian, Naz, and the gang at Cadboro Bay Pharmacy for over 25 years. I drive past 7 or 8 pharmacists to get to them from my home. The reason for my loyalty is that I feel cared for by the staff. I could go to a pharmacy at Costco or a supermarket, but they would not know me. The staff at the Cadboro Bay know me and work hard to keep me as a client. They are always available to give advice and make recommendations. They have provided superlative care and advice to me, my wife and my son. Thank you.
