Someone (my husband) spilled red wine on a new wool area rug that I loved; the colors were pale blues and cream and the red wine spill was extensive! I phoned Richard on a Friday night and he responded within minutes and came out the next day to treat the stain. It is gone! It is a miracle- I also used Richard’s services to remove oxiclean stains that I had made on a wool carpet; I thought the carpet was permanently discoloured but even though it was some months after I had done the damage, Richard managed to restore the carpet perfectly to its original colour: he is a wizard!
