Heart and Oak Therapy

Working with Will was a turning point for me in a struggle with self-confidence and anxiety. He was very welcoming and has a profoundly calming and caring presence. Will really validated what I was going through. For me, it was a really confusing time in my life. I felt like I had no idea who I was. Will empowered me to realize that it was OK to shed an identity that wasn't me and start to embrace something else, a new me (the real me) with integrity. I would highly recommend Will to anyone.

I can't thank Laura enough for helping my girlfriend and I through a very difficult time. Her compassion for both of us came through right from the beginning. She articulated problems that we were unable to ourselves and provided insight that helped us work through the crisis point.
