The doctor here uses a fancy clear face shield, so people with bad ears like me can still lip read.

I have given the five star rating to Perry my audiologist inspite of having problems with my Oticon Open S minirite, right hearing aid. It had to be sent back three times to Toronto with the third time being the charm. I love my hearing aids they have made a big difference in my quality of life. I would encourage anyone who thinks they have some hearing loss to go in and see Perry for a free hearing test. Also I want to acknowledge his receptionist Becka, hopefully I spelled her name correctly as she is friendly and courteous which sets the tone for your appointment. I'd also encourage you,if you have a problem with your hearing aids to be patient and allow NexGen's wonderful no hassle warranty to address your particular problem. I heartily recommend NexGen on Shelbourne to anyone in full confidence that you won't be disappointed.

Took time off work to get custom earplug headphones. They did not inform me i needed to buy earbuds before arriving. So it is just the rubber piece that they custom make not your whole earbud. It is not worth the money. Your earbud will constanly fall out and nearly get run over by cars. But the custom piece they make will stay in. No refunds because they send it to someone else to make.. Good customer service besides that
