  The kids loved it. Really cool as a place. My 5 year old guy had a blast and my 3 year old daughter didn't want to leave because she liked it so much.

  Chris is a fantastic Pilates instructor. His approach is incredibly motivational, engaging and friendly. He has an uncanny ability to describe complicated movements that help to visualize the desired movements. I feel so fortunate to have been introduced to him!

  very nice plaza type skatepark with a halfpipe covered in non-slip plastic. not a lot of modules but a lot of space

  I had heard good things but hadn't been in until today, since I don't live close and already had a set of great care providers. Unfortunately I needed some urgent assistance with a stubborn back problem, and my regular RMT was all booked up. I'd booked an appointment for this morning (Monday) with the only place I'd found on Saturday with an open appointment online, and that place cancelled on me. I was really in sore shape, had just lost my light at the end of the tunnel and started calling all around town to find an opening. It just happened that there was a cancellation, and T'airah not only helped me carefully with my seized-up back, but referred me to a specific physio to help me with my specific problems. It was such a relief to be in good hands when at the mercy of a last-minute scheduling. Thank you to T'airah and the Shelbourne clinic, and I will update after some physio!

  Shelbourne Physiotherapy is the best place that I been to. I have been to other physical therapy but Shelbourne Physiotherapy is the one that I truly enjoy going to.

  Very professional, courteous, friendly, and all highly skilled therapist. This is the best practice to go to for all your therapy needs. I am always impressed and satisfied with services received.
