Decent specialty sports store. Relatively limited selection of cleats, but good sales. The staff didn't have too much insight into choosing a new pair of boots. As indicated, 3 stars - it was OK.

if you're shopping for boots, you're better off shopping online as you'll have a much larger model/colourway selection.

as for customer service, most people i have dealt with are great, including the owner. however, there is a younger lady that works there (owner's daughter?) and every single time i am in to buy something she has a pronounced air of barely giving a sh*t. if you could think of what it would look like to have someone doing the absolutely bare minimum to be friendly and make the experience positive for customers, that's her, and it's not just bad days, it's every single time.

They have a lot of items for referees but unfortunately their staff arent very friendly. They need to smile a little bit and welcome people better. Focus better on customer service.
