Jenn's grounding grace is constantly palpable, either on Zoom or in person. She's an active listener, holds a very safe container, and runs soothing classes that will have you melt into yourself by the end.

Jenn came to our Airbnb to provide us with a private restorative yoga session for a bachelorette party. We all really like it, she is bringing a good soul and vibe in the room but also a very well prepared yoga class with gratitude. I would 100% recommend her, the communication is good and you can trust her. Thank you again Jenn!

My heart is full after I recently took part in an online yoga series offered by Solaya!! Jenn lead us through a beautiful practice centred around ‘stillness in the self’. I thought it was beautiful how during the class she asked us what it would look like if we backed off even 20% while in a pose and explored what that felt like within. Thank you for holding a such a safe + loving space to come and practice.
