A family member visiting Sidney discovered Four Paws (and loved it!) and bought us a gift - a lovely leash and collar set. Upon receipt, I was disappointed to discover it didn't fit and assumed there'd be no way to exchange it - I'm on the mainland. But one phone call in to Vincent (so helpful!) and we received a new set in the mail just two days later. Such great service!
