Last year the main breaker switch to our townhouse complex started smoking late at night. We tried calling a number of companies who claim to offer 24/7 emergency service, but Malcolm Electrical was the only one who actually answered their phone.
A fellow came out to our place and inspected the switch. he told us what to do to keep safe for the next day or so and promptly ordered the part we needed.
Great service, will absolutely use them again.

Nice, clean, tidy workers who knew their business, and were very polite. Covered the area in drop sheets and vacuumed when finished. We thought we had a problem with a pot light (we didn't) but it was speedily addressed by a visit from Malcolm. They offered us great suggestions on placing lighting and hiding wiring, and advised us on a problem with the plan we had from a safety issue. A very knowledgeable, thoughtful, tidy pleasure to have in our home, and we're thrilled with the work they did.
