Scotiabank

We have bank with this branch since the 90's. The services we received has always been commendable however over the years with staff turnover we get to meet new hires or staff occasionally transfered from another branch so a new relationship is initiated. Touch wood so far so good.

I am puzzled by the negative comments expressed by some people, I have banked here for 15 years and have always been treated very well by the bank staff. It is true that over the years the policy of Scotiabank itself has changed and become more profit driven, but that is head office. At the branch level they are still great people.

One reviewer mentions there are less people in line at the bank these days - that is to be expected as more people do their banking online.

Way to go, Sidney Scotiabank!

I just noticed these terrible reviews and had to say that our whole family have used this branch for many years and they are wonderful people who have always helped us. They have always treated us in a professional, competent and caring manner, even when we had financial challenges.
