They are always taking suggestions to improve and have all the customers involved! I really feel apart of the BPM gym experience! I recommend trying every fitness class and heading downtown to experience an energy filled spin workout!

The people I work with and the clients who come through our door are so close to my heart and you can never leave a class without a smile. :) Every instructor has their own wonderful, unique style of teaching to get you sweating and in a great mood!
