I didn't give them five stars since moving from VW to Honda, I found that a routine oil change is cheaper at the dealership.

🏴 Flag as inappropriateI had my car in for repair today and they managed to save me 450 below what it could have cost. Most places would have just replaced the parts I was concerned about. Instead they tightened and adjusted things and got me back on the road for a great amount. It is such a relief to find an honest garage, as a couple of the VW shops around here just want to get you in and out and bank the maximum amount for the work. Lou's isn't one of those shops. I will be back!
