I started seeing Ocean at an extremely low point in my life. Job stress, family stress, life stress. I felt like I was drowning. After a few sessions with Ocean, I was able to see how I was not setting clear boundaries for myself. Trying to please too many people, left me extremely unhappy and dissatisfied. I began to make choices based on my ability to 'happily' accomplish them. I still have moments of stress, but now I also have tools to deal with them.
