Well it is a shady oasis in the Legislative Precinct. This park has flush toilets and a water fountain. There is a playround for kids. The Sequoia Trees in this park are more than 150 years old, and while not native to the region now tower over this shady enclave. There is also a spiral round about meditation walk for the spiritually inclined. One just asks a question at the outside of the maze, and by the time one arrives in the middle, the answer has revealed itself. Otherwise, this is a fine place for a picnic. Food service outlets, Kosher, too are all around this park. It is a lovely place to visit.

Two many homeless there all the time. City of Victoria needs to do something.

Nice little park with lengthy enough paths to walk your dog, to have your kids ride their bikes around, and a dated but upstanding playground with slide, fireman's pole, and climbing features to keep your children busy. There is a water fountain, public restroom, and a pair of double swingsets for both toddlers and older children.
