The salesperson was very patient and gave excellent service. When I second guessed my purchase (because they were opal earrings in a rose gold setting, and after wearing them I realized that a yellow gold setting would look better on my skin tone,) she was very kind to refund me and to make sure I was completely happy. I would definitely shop here again, as I felt she has my best interest at heart.

Anytime we got to Paris Jewellers we are greated with a wonder full smile and a fully warm welcoming. All the staff are super helpful and are willing to take the time to help you find that perfect piece. My husband I highly recommend Paris Jewellers in Hillside mall. We deal with no others.

After having spent the day going from Jeweller to Jeweller we decided to purchase with Paris Jewellers. All of the other retailers were just that; retailers trying to make a sale. Dominic was informative and knowledgeable, professional and enjoyable. The whole experience was excellent.
I wanted screw on backings for my daughters earrings and they had them available. I believe this is a quality feature and they offered it right away which to me, gave me confidence quality was important to them and the products they offer. Although competitive, price became less significant.
This is the second purchase with Paris and was consistent with the first a couple years ago. Clearly they attract the right people, train them well and must look after them.
