Came in today to have another screen protector replaced on my phone . We then came back about an hour later to have my wife’s done, too . Sean explained the current protector was from 2018 and technology changed since then . He offered to replace it n/c . We were more than willing to pay but this nice and unexpected gesture was truly a class act .

I was in a bit of a Catch-22, where Apple needed to remove my cracked screen protector in order to replace the battery, but to get Wrapperz to remove it they would have to swap it. The owner graciously worked something out with me to get around it, and honoured his word after coming back from the Apple store. Thanks!
