I was able to get an affordable reconditioned freezer at Eric's and it is still working fine. Recently I needed a new dishwasher, so I went to Eric's. They didn't have any. The repair fellow, however, talked with me and went over the pros and cons of the brands I was considering. VERY helpful, excellent service.
