I went into the store on the weekend ....I'm the one who complained about the tabacco....I can't thank you enough Jesse for everything....I never did have a problem with London drugs or the people who work there....I just had an issue with a product....I love London drugs and will shop there for sure.....I'm in retail and I send many customers over for your travel section.....they too love the look of the store and your customer service.....again...thanks so very much Jesse

Love the new look!!!!......I used to buy my tobacco there because I used to work close by...staff was friendly all the time....I was at the store about 2 months ago and along with my purchases I stopped to get tobacco. When I got home and opened it(I roll my smokes) the tobacco was bone dry!!!!....so brittle it was like straw!! I went in again on the weekend and again along with my purchases I bought another pouch of tobacco. And yet again when i got home the tobacco was bone dry!!!!.....prices have gone up and i know its my choice to smoke or not but when i make a purchase i dont expect it to be so dry 2 times in a row!!!.....never again...i have learned my lesson

Always stuff on sale. Big variety of everything from electronics to makeup. It's pretty much like a convenience department store. No different from SDM. There is a new makeup section for people who like that. Always a variety of candy and chocolate. They do a good job of stocking different types of coffee as well.

My favorite is by far the travel section in the far right corner of the store. It has all the travel accessories such as shampoo, condition, toothpaste, etc but also has socket adapters, fanny packs, and other different types of travel accessories so one doesn't have to run around finding it all. This is a big plus!

The pharmacy is very friendly and quite quick for filling prescriptions. There is usually time to take a quick rip down half the aisles. The store is small enough for that.
