The customer service experience at Nufloors in West Kelowna is absolutely exceptional! After a very unsuccessful search of several tile stores in Kelowna over several days, I was tired, very frustrated and starting to stress. Then I stopped in at Nufloors in West Kelowna. Len was totally amazing and easily found a great selection of exactly what I was looking for; taking away the stress of my kitchen reno. Thank you Len for your outstanding customer service!

Loved our dealings with NuFloors. Ken was great. He walked us through all the details about the beautiful corkwood product, which we decided to purchase. Next am he came to our home right on time to measure everything, explain the installation process and book the date.

Early the next week Terry, the senior installer, and his partner, Barry arrived. They were both very friendly, and they worked really diligently to complete the project in a timely manner despite an unforeseen complication. Terry's many years of experience really showed in the end result.

There was great communication from all parties at Nufloors. We are happy to say this was one of the very best projects that has ever been done for us in our 40 years of home ownership.

She visited our home and provided all the suggestions we asked for as well as her knowledge of requirements and the products available. After making our choices we were able to find a install date that worked for both of us. We found Deb to be a very caring lady.
She had a Installer in mind for us from the start, & boy she did not disappoint.

We had used Nufloors previously for a very small project and were so satisfied, that when it came to our bigger project…we called. Ernie (Sales) was knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. The flooring was installed professionally with amazing installers…Jack, Dan and Rick (sorry if we didn’t get your name right). The attention to detail was perfect. They even moved the big furniture, and now we can’t stop staring at the amazing transformation…shaking our heads…wondering why we waited so long to do this!! Thank you, Ernie and your wonderful team!
