I am so impressed with how friendly and caring the staff were. Being new to town I was completely unsure on where to go but I am so glad I came here !

I've been dealing with Okanagan Engine for over 12 years now. Several different vehicles, many different issues. They have always proven themselves to be completely honest and genuine. And in many circumstances bent over backwards to accommodate myself and my family. It's a family based establishment who pride themselves on customer service and reputation.We would highly recommend them!

I was very impressed with the service at this mechanical shop. I could not get into to see my regular mechanic for a timely repair but he recommended I call Okanagan Engine. Oliver booked me into the shop in just two days. I was treated with respect and my potential repair was explained to me. I was even called when a complete diagnostic was made, to be kept in the loop. The repair was timely, the invoice was very detailed and it was explained to me plus the cost was very reasonable.

Coming from another auto machine shop in town, working with these guys was a breath of fresh air. I had two subaru head's that I needed resurfaced, and within 4 hours these guys already had them pressure washed, vacuum tested, and perfectly machined. From the professional help at the front desk to the machine work, I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for A+ work with zero hassle. Looking forward to driving my forester this weekend, thanks again for the absolutely wicked work!

I took my truck in to have one of the wheels rebalanced last week, and the young man who did the work let me know that my front brakes would need attention, soon. I booked it in a few days later, and they completed a front brake job and oil change long before I was finished work for the day, at a very reasonable cost. They even offered to store it in their compound if I wasn't able to pick it up that evening. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and their Service Advisor Oliver is fantastic at explaining the technical jargon in a way everyone can understand. My parents had work done on their vehicle here 20+ years ago, they are still the same honest and reliable shop they've always been, highly recommended!
