It was a great experience working with Lee Ivans on the purchase of our house.
My wife and I were looking for a fairly specific type of property, and Lee was immediately on board with what our unique needs were. His knowledge and advice were indispensable in helping us narrow down something that would work for us, and he had unending patience for us during our long search.
Never was there any pressure to put in an offer on a listing. He would even go so far as to suggest that a house that we were prepared to settle for out of desperation wouldn’t be a good fit, and kept us optimistic that we would be able to find one much better.
When we finally did find a property that was a perfect fit, a more difficult than normal purchase negotiation showed us again how much hard work and dedication he commits to his clients. I honestly don’t think we could’ve made this purchase without him.
