  Kim from Vantage West was amazing! As first time home buyers, she was extremely accommodating and excellent at answering the many questions we had and finding the many documents we were forever requesting. When we found different places we were interested in viewing, she did a great job of working around our very hectic schedule to squeeze us in the days and times we needed. We had a very pleasurable experience working with Kim and Vantage West Realty and would highly recommend them to everyone!

  Amanda was great. We were living in Calgary and planning to make the move out to the Okanagan. We let Amanda know that we had two days to look for a house and she coordinated everything for us. She filled up our schedule and with each house, she got a better sense of what we were looking for. We didn't find a house on that trip, but she stuck with us and over the course of a few months, she helped us find a great home. We would recommend Amanda to anyone looking for a realtor.

  These guys did a great job selling my place. From staging to getting it ready for showings. They did a great job communicating what was happening with the sales process. They sold our place inside a week for a bit less than asking. I’d recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

  We really appreciated Simon’s sincere and down to earth approach with helping us find a condo we really love. He was very easy to talk to, actively asked for our feedback during showings, allowing him to quickly narrow our search. The result was our finding our new home within two weeks. Simon excelled at keeping us informed and never once were we left wondering what was next. He answered our questions in a thorough and timely manner. We would not hesitate to have Simon as our agent again or refer him to anyone who needs a realtor.

  As a first time investor Kelsey of Vantage West provided us a pleasant experience out of an anticipated stressful moment. The rental figures she gave us of potential investment units were accurate to the market which helped us decide which unit to buy. A month after acquiring the property and some minor renovations both levels were rented to the expected value and this took place at a challenging time of the year (winter), many thanks to our PM Lindsay. I would like to thank you Kelsey, Gayle and your brilliant team of professionals for helping us out, the unit we purchased is appropriate for our budget and I feel it would have been difficult to secure the right property if it weren’t for your expertise.
