  I was looking for a new car after a shop in Prince George wrote my Audi A4 off. I originally contacted two dealerships for potential test drives, one for a Porsche Cayman, and BMW Kelowna for a 2018 M2. Morgan E. responded much quicker than the other dealership and setup a test drive for the following day. When I got to the dealership Morgan already had the M2 warmed up and ready to go out. The test drive was good, perfect amount of time 15-20 minutes, and I was able to take it on roads it was meant for. Morgan was also informative and helpful with any technical questions I had. After my time at the dealership I went back home to West Kelowna, since I didn't have a car getting back and forth from the dealership took multiple cab and bus rides. The next day I needed to go back to BMW to begin the finance process. Morgan was kind enough to not only pick me up at my home and drive me to BMW but also setup a loaner car until the M2 was ready for delivery. This helped me out tremendously as the process would have been much more difficult, time consuming and costly if not for their kind gesture and professionalism. I went back a day later after being approved, signed some papers, got insurance, and left with the car in no longer than 45 minutes. The overall experience was quick, not super pushy like other dealers i've done business with, and professional. Will definitely be open to doing business with them again when I'm in a position to upgrade.

  Every 3 - 4 years when we replace our vehicles we absolutely dread having to interact with car dealerships, any car dealership. This experience with Josh at Kelowna BMW was the best in decades. He is knowledgeable and worked with us throughout the process from trade-in to placing us into a new 2019 X5. Highly recommend him to others.

  Went to check out a used Audi S5 at Kelowna BMW, and Lawrence Woodmore was amazing! Very friendly, kindhearted, and a down to earth great guy! Definitely coming back when I can get my next car!

  I want to thank you for the way you handled me, the car, the warranty dudes, the mechanics, the rental car company, the warranty dudes and me (over and over - again and again!) You helped manage this crises beautifully and you did so in a professional, helpful and calm manner and I cannot thank you enough! In looking over the many work orders and invoices involved in replacing the seized engine I am reminded again of the complexity of this situation, my concern over warranty coverage and your friendly and professional attitude. So, again, thank you Kirsten - BMW is very lucky to have you on board managing their cars and customers!

  Josh did a great job finding my car and was informative. Dave helped iron out details in Josh's absence. Garrett was very knowledgeable, and easy to deal with when deciding on warranties/finance options. The service department detailed the car beautifully and got me the keys quickly. Lastly, Hayden went above and beyond after I referred a client that made a purchase. These guys looked after me from start to finish!
