The owners and staff are fantastic, they will work with you and help when your really stuck. Not like the other places that are out to take you and what you have the second its due. Bill and his family are are some and treat you like your a friend not a low life.

So thankful to Bill for helping me get my stolen bike back in my hands!!

I had my bike stolen from me back in December but hadn’t realized until March. I never wrote down the serial number as I thought Fresh Air (where I bought it) would have, but they hadn’t either. I reported the bike as stolen in March but didn’t have a serial number to give.

Today I woke up and checked Facebook marketplace for Trek bikes, I had been hopefully searching ever since I realized it was stolen back in March. To my surprise I saw my bike listed on marketplace at BC Pawn! Luckily I had a video from last June when I rode the bike at Myra and in the video there was a part in the video where I showed the handle bar that had unique scratches on it. I showed this to Bill and he confirmed it was my bike. He was so kind and gave me my bike at no cost and took the loss for it!!

I will be forever grateful to Bill for his kind actions and I will recommend BC Pawn to all my friends and family! Thanks so much Bill!
