From the moment Tony picked up his phone (straight away) to his colleague calling me back (when they said they would), to Tony re-arranging his diary to be at my place earlier, through to fixing my item! Top notch service !! feeling great about the service I received from Tony's Repairmedic . I am a tenant , my landlord is out of country. Tony and the office staff took care of all the booking and authorizations from owners , which other companies did not want to do and expected me to pay for an appliance that's not mine. After spending a day trying to get others to come with no luck , called Tony , and spoke to Julie, she booked , he arrived and fixed appliance in less then 24 hours, couldn't ask for more, Top notch! Totally 5 Stars

Tony took his time to explain the issue and what needed to be done. We paid the price quoted and the dryer works great! I deal with a lot of small service based businesses in my line of work. I see the all the good and the bad the industry has to offer. Tony exceeded my expectations in his communication and workmanship. He is very organized and proficient. I highly recommend him if you need an appliance repaired.

Fantastic service and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend! I waited 7 days for another repair company - Tony came right the next day after calling and office staff was amazing at coordinating and letting me know if he was on time or running behind! Reasonable fees for fixing appliances as well.
