I order a shifter from them and wasn't able to pick it up before 5:30 and really wanted to go for a ride and they met me after hours to personally deliver it to me so I could go for a ride the next day!!!!!
Haven't gotten that kind of customer service anywhere else!!!!

In September I purchased a 2009 Grizzly 700 FI EPS. The quad was purchased sight unseen and was better then what I was expecting! I was under a tight time line for a quad trip that was already booked and the guys at Venom made it happen!!!!

Called Venom regarding some parts needed after a little spill on the grizzly, I was treated very nicely by Cole! Within 10 minutes I had every part requested with cost a eta, also she let me know my savings vs Yamaha Kelowna for parts. These guys are the real deal!!! If you are looking to establish relationship when buying your next toy look no further!
Don't shop anywhere but Venom!!!!!

🏴 Flag as inappropriateToday out of the Blue, my 2000 Yamaha V-Star 1100 started backfiring coughing and spitting... So I limped my way to the closet shop which told me that it was likely something to do with seating my jets and adjusting my carbs etc. and booked me in for July 9th and the potential bill was gonna be around $400...
Something didn't feel right so I stopped in at Venom Power Sports to get their opinion. well to my surprise the Mechanic took a moment away from what he was working on to have a quick look and test drive. He surmised that their was a probable leak in either the Intake or Exhaust and suggested that I leave it their for the day and he would spend under one hour to investigate and report back to me...
I got a call telling me that it was all fixed up and purring like a kitten. turns out that their were some intake and exhaust leaks as well as a leak in some hose... $100 later I walked out the door a happy guy WITH MY RIDE for the holidays.... YEAH for the good guys at Venom...
